You should add taking a multivitamin with all of these. With the dehydration, you will probably be low on the nutrients as well.

A teaspoon of salt before bed will keep your brain hydrated, so when you wale up, no hangover.

I think I would drink more if I could handle hangovers - but I can't. I think your article could get me into trouble. ;)

How about...... don't get drunk!

Drinking is fine, but you should be responsible. Hangovers are your body's way of telling you that you are harming it.

Greasy food is a definite hangover cure, especially Chicken McNuggets. I've also found that drinking Airbourne and taking some Aleve along with 16 oz. of water is excellent before sleeping.

Hitting the gym the next morning is also quite helpful. Sweating alcohol out of the bloodstream and cleaning out your pores seems to help, along with the extra oxygen intake that exercise leads to. Follow up a nice workout with a swim in the pool, and when you get home hit the bed and sleep off the rest of the hangover.
